UVSC Activities

Summer Program - FREE!!!

This is a workshop designed for 7^th-10^th graders, to help inform the students about college. Everything from the admittance process to career assessments will be discussed. Students will also be assigned a college mentor who will stay with them throughout the program, answer questions, and encourage the students.

Dates

Six Sessions will be offered during the summer of 2002. The first four are for 7^th and 8^th graders. These sessions will be a one-day experience only. The last two sessions are for 9^th and 10^th graders. These sessions will last a total of three days.

Session #1 June 4   -   7^th and 8^th graders
Session #2 June 6   -   7^th and 8^th graders
Session #3 June 11   -   7^th and 8^th graders
Session #4 June 13   -   7^th and 8^th graders
Session #5 June 18-20   -   9^th and 10^th graders
Session #6 June 25-27   -   9^th and 10^th graders

Eligibility

Students must attend Provo High School or Dixon Middle School. Students attending the summer program must be in the 7^th, 8^th, or 9^th grade.
